Biker chic

The biker look is no longer just for goth rider chicks. It is no longer just about heavy metal chains and skin tight leather. Designers have recognized the fab potential of this look and are now promoting what I’d like to call the “Biker chic look”. And not just chic as in "girl", "hot lady", Chic, like the french pronounce it, {sheek} .attractive and fashionable; stylish. OK enough with the English lessons!

The key to getting this right is keeping it simple. Biker jackets are so versatile now, they could be worn with dresses, jeans, pants, leggings. Biker boots could be worn with skirts, leggings, pretty much any thing you want!

Something blue!

Hello me lovelies!

We talking blue today, and not that 'something blue' we ladies are looking to take with down the aisle (LOL). We talking cobalt blue.

As it is cobalt blue seems to be the rave of this season, not that I'm complaining, we're so in love with it here at SV. Its gorgeous and if you're like me whose favorite color changes with the times, I'm sure you're in love with it as well!

Most wanted : The Mulberry Willow....

The willow bag from Mulberry is by far my most coveted bag this year. Not only has it already been approved by Kate Moss, it comes with a detachable clutch zipped down in front, so you've got two bags in one. How cool is that?

Dress to kill

We love pencil dresses here at Style Vanity. Reason? They are quite feminine and just ooze sex appeal, style and confidence. Pencil dresses are perfect for most occasions, wear plain & simple for work or add a statement jewelry to your pencil dress to turn it into a chic party outfit.

We looove this Donna Karan burgundy wrap front slit dress. It is guaranteed to get heads turning and give you a killer figure. I should know, I've got one of these babies myself!

Seems we doing a lot of front slit dresses today huh? This white number is an awesome choice if you're looking for variety. We love the contrast styles this one dress has. The boat neck gives it a formal good girly look but then the high front slit just makes it all the more interesting!

Lets talk about bags baby!!!

Hello me lovelies

So it does go without saying that we looooooooove bags here at SV. Bags are the ultimate ladies accessory,one that's highly essential, without which a woman feels totally naked, Oh yes. I'm totally serious! Well, I wouldn't feel complete stepping out all dressed up without my handbag, and I'm quite certain all my lovely ladies out there would totally agree with me! 

From handbags to top handles, totes to purses, It is quite pertinent to invest in a good bag. And by good I don't necessarily mean the huge designer brands, those that are actually designed to break your pockets and incomes! I mean a nice genuine leather bag, and if you're like me, lots of nice genuine leather bags I call my babies! *wink*
There's lots of great replica bags that you could invest in.. You'll be amazed at how awesome they are in terms of quality, trust me, I've got loads of experience in that department -  but hey, that's talk for another day!.
